To proceed you will need to have this form to hand as we need the Notice Number and your security PIN from it.

- Is the NIP addressed to a Company/Hire Company? - You MUST nominate the driver. You CAN NOT make an admission if the NIP is addressed to a company.
- Is the NIP addressed to someone else? - It is still THEIR responsibility to nominate. Give the NIP back to them! Do not complete it.
- Do the first 5 letters of your Driving Licence Number exactly match your surname? If not, you cannot respond via this portal and you must respond using your physical notice. E.g – Surname is Macmillan and Driving Licence shows first 5 letter as MCMIL.
